Section 168
Power to make rules
(1) The Government of Nepal may make necessary rules to implement this Act.
(2) Without adversely affecting the generality of sub-section (1), such rules may provide for the following matters: (a) relating to the duties, duties and rights of the chairman, (b) relating to the whistle-blowing policy, (c) collective insurance Relating to Fund (Bima Bridge),
(d) relating to micro insurance.
